Exhibitor Stand Space PackageSuitable ONLY for a 3x3 pop-up display. Please note: this is not 3m in length.
- Two exhibitor stand contacts
- Provision of a table, two chairs and access to power
- Complimentary access to the event
- Inclusion of a exhibitor profile on the event website of no more than 120 words. Plus company logo with a hyperlink to your homepage
- Inclusion of your exhibitor profile and logo in the Sponsor and Exhibitor Profiles Document

How to book an Exhibitor Stand Space

2. Choose an available stand space - note the cost, area and size
3. Select the stand space you wish to book and follow the journey
4. Ensure you have all the stand contacts information as this information is required at the time of booking
5. Ensure you have your logo (hi-res version only) and your Exhibitor Profile ready to upload as this is also required at the booking stage
6. Payments are required at the time of booking
Should you wish to courier stands and materials in advance of the event to the venue, please use the delivery and collection information below.
Important: Deliveries for this event will only be accepted from between the opening hours of 8am-6pm Monday - Friday.

Arriving by car
If arriving by car with materials a loading access bay is available directly outside the Congress Centre. Two public car parks are also available nearby.
